CTC is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide support for projects related to Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM). The qualified candidate will be responsible for supporting the customer in the design of new technology to support legacy systems and the research/investigation of advanced technologies, integration of advanced technologies into unique system applications for the DOD and DOE, and testing and troubleshooting these systems. The selected applicant will also provide electrical systems engineering/controls work for various tasks, will be responsible for the set-up, validation, and operation of various advanced electrical technologies and the development of the test protocols as well as evaluation of the results, and data analysis and report writing.

The qualified candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, plus 2-4 years of directly related experience or a Master of Science degree, plus 0-2 years of experience in the field of systems integration with a focus on AMCM Legacy Systems. Candidate should have good personal computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) and possess an aggressive results-oriented work ethic as well as the flexibility and desire to learn and grow within the electrical systems development and integration field. Knowledge of circuit cards, software design and integration of electrical equipment is desired. The ideal individual would also have experience programming and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers, embedded controllers, as well as a familiarity with MIL-STD-810F and MIL-STD-461E testing requirements. The successful applicant will have good communication skills and be customer oriented.
