The ideal candidate will maintain inventory and coordinates ordering and distribution of commonly used office, kitchen, janitorial and computer supplies in accordance with (IAW) applicable U.S. Army regulations. The selected applicant will prepare purchase requisitions to replenish supplies, acquires approvals and submits for processing. The applicant also processes and tracks supplies using an automated inventory system along with assisting the shipping and receiving department in receiving, uncrating/unpacking, inspection and verification. Additional responsibilities include sort and/or deliver mail when necessary; perform a variety of clerical tasks; and perform additional responsibilities as appropriate or as requested.

The candidate will establish and maintain an approved property control plan IAW FAR 45.5 to control, protect, preserve and maintain all GFP. Prior to the start of performance, the Contractor shall designate a Property Control Representative with responsibility for managing the Contractor's control system. The plan shall reflect how changes in GFP will be coordinated with the Government Property Administer (GPA) and the Contracting Officer.

The selected applicant must possess minimum qualifications and skills include a High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 10 years experience in the U.S. Army supply system with thorough knowledge of inventory control. The applicant must be able to lift items of 20 lbs. on a regular basis. The candidate must be capable of obtaining a secret clearance.

This position is located at the Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF) located on Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Individual will be assigned as a property custodial for a large facility including government and contractor provided property. The candidate will be responsible for supporting program activities related to International Standards Organization (ISO); inventory tracking; procurement document review and control; property tracking and accountability; and inventory document control. The ideal candidate will assure client satisfaction through supporting these concurrent business activities and through daily client contact.
