Logistics Training Program Analyst

Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Logistics Directorate program and action officer support. The candidate will develop, plan, and implement employee development and training programs for the logistics community. Specific skills required include training plan development, courseware management, resource planning, and training policy oversight. This person shall organize, lead, and participate in large and small groups and conferences. They shall also develop training strategies, implement training plans, and recommend courses of action related to logistics training. Frequent communication with the client regarding assigned tasks required. Provide technical expertise on training management activities and employee development throughout career progression. Support AFMC Logistics Training as required.


B.S in Education, Human Resource Management, or equivalent work experience. Position requires a minimum of four years in training management and at least two years experience with a major Air Force program, preferably Logistics. Major Command headquarters experience and staffing, an understanding of the AF Instructional System Design (ISD) process, and Depot Maintenance operations and IT systems a plus. Secret clearance required. Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be willing to travel (6-12 weeks per year).
