The successful candidate will be expected to be a subject matter expert in the field of chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological operations with intimate familiarity with training Soldiers on doctrinal and non-doctrinal decontamination and reconnaissance tactics techniques and procedures. The candidate should be familiar with the Joint Integrated Capabilities Determination System. The candidate will work as part of an integrated team delivering innovative solutions to problems associated with consequence management and military support to civil authorities.

The ideal candidate will have an AA plus at least 4-6 years directly related experience in military chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological training and doctrine. Candidate should possess a solid background in the Department of Defense, preferably having served in one of the military services as a chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological specialist with experience in responding to emergency situations and consequence management. The candidate should have experience in developing lessons plans or writing doctrine. In addition the ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in conducting research and development related to the conducting of testing of new equipment serving as the test officer or a test coordinator. Candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance
