IT Operations Manager Location Albany,GA Job Type Supply Chain/ Logistics Status Open     An IT Operations Manager is sought to provide project management for Information Technology (IT) support services to customers at Headquarters Marine Corps Logistics Command, Command, Control, Communications and Computers (HQ MARCORLOGCOM, C4), ESD and LSD. This support includes: managing IT support personnel who provides IT customer support activities and Incident Management; managing resources that provide IT database management, applications management, web and OS support, SAN and RAC management, Information assurance, mainframe support, enterprise backup and recovery, and system architecture support. Project management, effective communications; written and verbal, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment is a must. The potential candidate must possess a Master of Science degree plus at least 4 years of business management experience or Bachelor of Science degree plus at least 6 years of business management experience. The candidate must demonstrate a career history with increasing responsibility and project management experience. The selected applicant will demonstrate a strong knowledge project and program management. The candidate must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance. Knowledge of USMC applications and operations preferred.
