CTC is seeking a Third Party Payment System (TPPS) Senior Support Specialist to support Air Force Materiel Command's Third Party Payment System Program Management Office (TPPS PMO). This organization maintains the Air Force’s transportation commercial payment process. As a TPPS Senior Support Specialist your goal will be to operate and train users in the processes and systems of the TPPS.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The TPPS Senior Support Specialist will accept, approve and create user profiles for the Air Force in the TPPS/Syncada using the Logistics Tool Suite (LTS) Sycnada Account Management.
  • Ensure all training requirements for users are complete and that certificates are uploaded annually.
  • Update user training materials as needed and provide input into the monthly training session via the Packaging, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and Transportation (PH&T) Call.
  • Provide daily customer support to ensure that Air Force Syncada Account users have timely answers to questions regarding account activities and management of their site Approval and Certification requirements.
  • Provide training and information regarding Air Force Transportation funding policy, Transportation Account Code (TAC) use and overall Second Destination Transportation (SDT) applicability.
  • Work closely with the Air Force TPPS PM in assuring that all matters related to freight payment process and policy are communicated to all users and stakeholders.


Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, logistics, or related field, plus 10 years of directly related experience or Master’s degree, plus 8 years of directly related experience.
  • Willing to travel (4-8 weeks per year) in support of the branch’s programs and initiatives.
